The Family of Eliazar Wombwell and Gertrude Chadwick


Eliazar was the son of William Wombwell and Ann Marie Sell. He was born in Langley in 1880 and at the census in the following year he was recorded as aged 1, living in Lower Green Langley (near New Farm) with his parents and siblings Angelina, Sarah, Selina, Melinda, Ernest William, and four visitors.

Ten years later, at the 1891 census he was aged 11, living in Upper Green Langley with his parents and siblings Walter, Melinda and Harry.

He married Gertrude Chadwick, possibly at Cheshunt, Herts, and as far as I know they had one daughter, Angelina.

At present I have no further information on this group.
